To reduce stress
Soothe anxiety, restore mental and emotional calm.
A moment where the body breathes, tension unravels, and the mind finds space again.
« Where the Qi flows freely, there is no pain. Where there is pain, the Qi does not flow freely. »
— Open translation of a Principle of the HuangDi NeiJing
Discover Shiatsu — a Japanese complementary therapy open to all. Whether you want to reduce stress, ease muscular tension, improve circulation and breathing, sleep better or quiet the mind, I will guide you back to balance, energy and serenity.
Shiatsu is a Japanese manual technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through gentle pressure and mobilisations applied over the clothes with the hands or forearms, this complementary therapy aims to activate the body’s natural self-regulating ability and invites energy to flow freely throughout the body.
A return to the essential — a silent dialogue between touch and breath.

A non‑exhaustive list — each session is shaped to your current needs.
Soothe anxiety, restore mental and emotional calm.
Release muscular stiffness in the back, shoulders and neck.
Improve circulation and the quality of the breath.
Help the body settle into restorative rest.
Sharpen focus and clarity of thought.
Realign energy and restore daily vitality.
Every meeting begins with listening. Lying on a futon, in loose clothing, you are accompanied by slow, precise pressure along the meridians. The body speaks again — without words, without haste.
Time to share your intention and how you are feeling today (allow 1h15 for the first session, as the initial assessment takes a little longer; subsequent sessions run for a total of 60 minutes).
Around 45 minutes of pressure on a futon, fully clothed.
A few moments to integrate the session and share your impressions.
Rooms designed for a suspended moment, light and quiet — a setting that invites a return to yourself from the threshold onward.

As I am currently in my final year of training (4 years in total), my sessions are offered at a training rate:
Once I have obtained my professional branch certificate (certificat de branche, last quarter of 2027) and ASCA accreditation, the rates will be CHF 120.– for 60 minutes and CHF 130.– for a 75-minute first session.
Give a Shiatsu session to someone dear to you — a simple, precious gift to care for body and mind. Get in touch to receive your personalised gift voucher.
